Whether you’re planning a small group meeting or a large-scale conference, The OC has flexible spaces to fit your needs—and reserving one is easy!
📋 How to Submit a Reservation Request:
1. Go to the Incident IQ website.
2. Log in to your account, or click “Register New Account” if you're a new user.
3. Select “New Ticket” to start your reservation and complete the form with your event details.
Not sure about all the details yet? No problem—just provide your best estimates, and our team will follow up to fill in the gaps.
Once your request is submitted, our events team will review and contact you with any questions or to confirm availability. After finalizing the necessary details, you’ll receive a rental estimate. A 50% deposit of the approved estimate is required to officially reserve your date.
